The Platform Support System is protected under the U. S. Copyright law (Title 17 United States Code). Barclay Software, Inc. grants the purchaser a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to the Platform Support System delivered with this license. The purchaser is licensed to use the software in conjunction with a single system and to make reproductions of the software for backup purposes only. The purchaser will place on each copy or reproduction of the software which it makes for its own use the identical ownership and copyright notice set forth on the software by Barclay Software Inc.



Barclay Software Inc. warrants that for the first 90 days after delivery, the software package as delivered will perform in accordance with the specifications in the Operating Manual. This warranty is the sole warranty made by Barclay Software, Inc. with respect to the software. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for use beyond those stated herein. Barclay Software's obligation is limited to using its best efforts to correct any defects. Barclay Software Inc. assumes no responsibility for special or consequential damages, including any loss of use of the equipment or loss of revenues or profits.
